How do I correct my workplace email address if it is invalid or identified as multiple?

Answer

If your workplace email address is invalid or identified as "multiple", contact your Email Administrator or agency's self-service site to make a correction. myPay receives updates from them weekly unless otherwise specified below:
-DoD ID/CAC email address: contact your RAPIDS Station point of contact, Personnel Center or the DMDC Help Desk at (800) 538-9552. myPay updates these email addresses daily.
-Department of Energy (DOE) email address (doe.gov): access DOE's Employee Self Service (ESS).
-U.S. Agency for Global Media (USAGM) email addresses: contact your local site's email administrator.
-JROTC Instructor email address: contact your JROTC office. myPay updates these email addresses the second Monday of the month.
-Veterans Affairs email address (va.gov): contact your local Human Resources office.
-Health and Human Services (HHS) email addresses (hhs.gov): Contact your local security or badging office.
-DFAS Retired & Annuitant Pay email address: Updating your Personal Email to Valid will update your DFAS Retired & Annuitant Pay email address within 7-10 days.
If you have inadvertently marked a workplace email address as Invalid, you may mark it valid using myPay.
