FAQ List Page - Use the search feature to help find items of relevance to you.
These are common questions that have been asked of our office.Please take a moment and review the FAQs as the answer to your question may be found without needing to submit a ticket.
Use the search feature or category selections to narrow down the number of FAQs.Click on the title of the FAQ to view the entire information about the FAQ.
General Form Information - FAQ
  Use the search feature to help find items of relevance to you.
  The following are ways to enhance your search.
  Include double quotes around phrases. Example, to find Help me, enter "Help Me" into the search box.
  Spaces outside of quotes will look for all words. Example, enter Help me, with out quotes will find all items with Help and Me contained in the FAQ.
  Use the keywords "AND" (&) or "OR" (|) between words and phrases to refine your search. The use of "OR" will generally return more results.
  After sending your search, review the Translated search item. This will show you how the system translated your search. Add quotes or remove quotes and spaces to change the result of your search.
  All items will be searched in upper case. This search is not case sensitive.
  The following characters will be converted to spaces: @, %, *, ?, ', <, >
  Only your first 15 search terms will be used in the search.Any number of terms after 15 items will be discarded by the search tool.
  Common words are generally removed from your search.

Category/Subcategory
These are specific subject areas defined within the system. Change the Category and/or Sub Category to find FAQs of your interest. Select All Categories to view items from every category.
Search Enter in words or phrases to search the FAQs. All categories will be searched.
Go Execute the search.
Clear Clears the search.
Translated Search This is how the system has translated your search. Each word will be searched. Example: (HOW) AND (DO) AND (I RESET), will look for HOW and DO and "I RESET". Use this information to modify your search string to get better results.
No. Heading Button - Search by listed criteria or resets the search form
Category Heading This column will show you what category the FAQ is a member of.
Sub Category Heading This column will show you what sub category the FAQ is a member of.
FAQ Title Heading This column will show you the title of the FAQ. Click on the actual title to get the full FAQ.
Viewed Heading This column will show you how many times the FAQ has been viewed. Click once to sort Descending, click again to reverse.
Rating Heading This column will show you the average customer rating for each FAQ. Click once to sort Descending, click again to reverse.
Left and Right arrow buttons Use these buttons to navigate through the different pages. If the buttons are not visible, then you are either on the first, last or only page. The buttons are in the following order: Previous and Next
