How do I get a Password?

Question

How do I get a Password?

Answer

If you do not know your password, you can reset your myPay password online by selecting "Forgot or Need a Password?" on the myPay homepage. Fill out two of the three sections with information associated with your account, and follow the prompts. If you have Security Questions set up for your account they will be presented to you. If you answer them correctly you can create your own password; if you do not answer them correctly you can select a method to receive a temporary password. At this time, myPay passwords can only be sent to government/agency emails, by text message, or by mail. The myPay site is only able to send information to pre-registered contact methods, so if you believe that your contact methods are out of date please call the myPay Customer Care Center to have them updated. If you receive a temporary password it will be in the format of: an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a symbol, and six numbers (ex: Aa@123456). If you would like further assistance, our contact information can be found by selecting "Contact Us" on the myPay homepage.
