Why do I keep getting an error telling me myPay cannot be reached?

Answer

Check that you are typing https://mypay.dfas.mil for the URL (location).  Or  There could possibly be a problem with the browser service or the connection link you are using. Verify that you have a good internet connection and are using a supported browser (see FAQ 5).  During system maintenance periods, you may not be able to access the system at all or certain functionality may be unavailable. Check the System Availability section of the myPay homepage to find out about current or upcoming maintenance periods.
