What is causing my payment to be delayed in One Pay?

Answer

"Based upon the system generated message which populates after the invoice information has cycled into the system -- listed below are some common system generated messages which could delay the payment: 

Message 1 -- 4 Missing Information and/or Invalid

1.	GAINING AGENCY MISSING/INVALID
2.	APPROPRIATION NUMBER MISSING/INVALID
3.	FISCAL YEAR MISSING/INVALID
4.	LOA NOT ON CMET
Message 5- 10 (Invalid Dates) 

  5. ACTIVITY RECEIPT DATE - INVOICE DATE
  6. DATE FORWARD - MATERIAL ACCEPTANCE DATE
  7. MATERIAL ACCEPTANCE DATE  - MATERIAL REC DATE
  8. MATERIAL ACCEPTANCE DATE -SYSTEM DATE
  9. MATERIAL RECEIPT DAT -SYSTEM DATE
10. INVOICE DATE - SYSTEM DATE
 
Messages 11-12 (Duplicate Invoice)

11.	POSSIBLE DUPLICATE
12.	DUPLICATE INVOICE CONDITION EXISTS
Messages 13 --14 (SPIIN/Task Orders/Delivery Order Issues)

13. SPIIN INVALID FOR CONTRACT
