Why did I not receive a text message?

Answer

1. Confirm your phone number is current and correct. 
2. Add 57951 to your mobile phone contacts. 
3. Make sure you are in a good service area. You may need to move to an area with better cellular reception to receive the message. 
4. Check to ensure you did not turn off text messages using the Turn On/Off Alert Settings option under Personal Settings. 
5. Check your spam or blocked texts for messages from the number 57951. 
6. Contact your carrier to see if they are blocking text messages from 57951 or if they are experiencing any network issues.
