What are the requirements for DCPS passwords?

Answer

Passwords need modified or reset when the following items occur:

1) If you need to reset your password due to forgetting your password - request a password reset.

2)  If you made 3 or more attempts and didn't get your password correct your account will be suspended, request an unsuspend and a password reset.  

3) If you have not logged in within 30 days, your account will be suspended, request an unsuspend and a password reset.

4) If it has been over 45 days since you logged in or over 60 days since you changed your password, then your account could be removed from the system and you will need to request access to the system.
