How to request an Attribute change in AMPS?

Question

How do I enter an attribute change to add a new RBAC feature, or change my location or service, or add/change a site ID or activity code...?

Answer

While SASO does not support AMPS, we understand there are functions you may need to perform in order to gain access using AMPS.    If you need to modify or add an attribute to a role you have already submitted, perform the following in AMPS:
      Go to AMPS (https://amps.dla.mil/) & select My Profile/My Information
      Click Applications & Roles
      Scroll down to Additional Role Attributes
      Scroll left to Edit Additional Attributes and Click
      Request Attribute Changes screen displays
            Enter your Date of Birth & Click Next
            Select the Application you need to make a change in
                your current attributes for that application display
                Modify or Add the needed attribute to the appropriate line
                Click Next
                Enter a justification for the change, including what actions you perform in your position that require this feature
                If attachments are required, attach using the Browse option
                Click Next
                Verify the add/changes you want are correct, then click Submit
                The SAAR # created for your action will display, this will now forward for approval & action.
      Click X in the upper right to close the screen.
