How to check in AMPS to determine the STATUS or where my request is?

Answer

Once a SAAR is created, AMPS will reflect it in the Pending Requests section of the Applications & Roles tab.  AMPS should be sending to you an update of the status via an email mail for each time someone approves or rejects your request.  To determine what approval point has your item, follow the below steps:

      Go to AMPS (https://amps.dla.mil/) & select My Profile/My Information
      Click Applications & Roles
      Scroll down to Pending Requests
           Find the role
               Look at the Status & Current Approver Date to see who currently has the item to be approved or worked
               Look in the Request Date field to know the date the request was submitted
               Each approval has a specific length of time to approve or reject
               The Expiry Date shows how much longer that level has to take action.
        If your SAAR request does not show under pending it was REJECTED or COMPLETED or not submitted
               Look down to the SAAR History portion on this screen
               Find the Role Name you are looking for
               Look at the Status to determine if it has Processed was Rejected or COMPLETED
               Look at the Last Activity Date to determine when this action took place
