Where will my one-time PIN be sent for two-factor authentication?

Answer

You will choose a preferred contact method for two-factor authentication. Your preferred method must be verified by receiving and inputting a one-time PIN. This will be your usual method for receiving your one-time PINs. If for some reason you cannot receive a PIN via your preferred method, you can use other valid forms of communication present on your account. If you set up an authenticator app for two-factor authentication, you will enter the PIN displayed in the app rather than have a PIN delivered to you.
