Why didn't I receive the one-time PIN?

Question

Why didn't I receive the one-time PIN?

Answer

If you selected an email address to receive your one-time PIN, first check your junk or spam folder. If you still can't find the email, contact your email administrator or email service provider to find out about any delivery issues.
If you selected a mobile number to receive your one-time PIN, make sure that you're in a good service area.
If you have a smartphone, you can set up an authenticator app which does not rely on the delivery of PINs. The app will generate a PIN every 30 seconds that you will be able to input into myPay. This can be a great alternative if you are having trouble receiving PINs via email or text message.
