If I have an Android device, how can I print/save my LES or Pay Statement?

Answer

Note: Instructions may differ based on the actual device and the applications on that device. If you continue to experience problems, please contact the particular device's technical Support.  

To print/save a document using Chrome:
1. Select the LES or Tax Document
2. Select Printer Friendly Version
3. A pop-up shows up at the bottom of the screen asking if you want to Download the PDF (this is based on whatever PDF application your device is using)
4. If you have chosen to "Download" the file to your device, the PDF should save wherever you chose to save files on your device
5. Open up the downloaded PDF file using your device's PDF application; click on the Print icon or option from the top menu and follow your device's printing prompts
6. The other option in the pop-up at the bottom, is that you can click the blue hyperlinked file name to open up the file immediately
7. Once the file is open in whatever PDF application your device uses; Click on the Print icon or option from the top menu and follow your device's printing prompts

To print/save a document using the Device's own Internet Browser:
1. Select the LES or Tax Document
2. Select Printer Friendly Version
3. A pop-up shows up at the bottom of the screen asking you to Download the PDF (this is based on whatever PDF application your device is using) first
4. Once downloaded, the option to open the file at that time appears so click Open
5. The downloaded PDF file should open up using your device's PDF application; click on the Print icon or option from the top menu and follow your device's printing prompts
