If I am using a Windows device, how can I print/save my LES or Pay Statement?

Answer

To print/save a document using Chrome:
1. Select the LES or Tax Document
2. Select Printer Friendly Version
3. Once the PDF is displayed on the screen; at the top right of the window there is a "Download" icon and a "Print" icon
4. If you have chosen to "Download" the file to your computer, the PDF should save wherever you choose on your computer
5. Open up the downloaded PDF file using your computer's PDF application; click on the Print icon or option from the top menu and follow your system's printing prompts
6. Otherwise you can click the "Print" icon and follow your system's printing prompts

To print/save a document using Edge:
1. Select the LES or Tax Document
2. Select Printer Friendly Version
3. Once the PDF is displayed on the screen; at the top right of the window there is a "Print" icon and a "Save" icon
4. If you have chosen to "Save" the file to your computer, the PDF should save wherever you choose on your computer
5. Open up the saved PDF file using your computer's PDF application; click on the Print icon or option from the top menu and follow your system's printing prompts
6. Otherwise you can click the "Print" icon and follow your system's printing prompts

When using Internet Explorer, Printer Friendly (PDF) versions of statements will not be accessible. To print or save a Printer Friendly (PDF) version of a statement sign into myPay using one of the supported browsers listed in FAQ #5
