What happens if I have a VA PIV, and I receive an error message when logging in?

Answer

If you select the "Smart Card Login" button and you receive an error message saying that you are not able to log in with the current PIV:

 	Please contact your PIV Sponsor if you are having issues with accessing myPay with your VA PIV Card. 
 	You may also visit your local badge office to ensure your PIV card is operational.
 	To locate your local badge office, visit the Digital VA Personal Identity Verification (PIV) site. https://www.oit.va.gov/programs/piv/index.
