 As stated above, your request will be honored if the preceding validation questions have been answered correctly.

You will be notified about the status of your request after we review your ticket. Please monitor your email for updates on the status of your ticket.

If we cannot validate your information, your request will not be completed and a 24-hour security hold will be placed on the account.

If you are notified that your account has a 24-hour security hold, you must wait until the end of the security hold to get more information. Please contact the DFAS Customer Care Center for additional assistance.
