This ticket allows a Military Retiree or SBP Annuitant to request a Verification of Pay letter to be mailed to the CURRENT ADDRESS on file for the account. A Verification of Pay letter provides basic information about the entitlements DFAS is paying on the account and is typically required by banks or financial institutions to confirm your income.

If you need a Verification of Pay letter sent to an ALTERNATE ADDRESS, then you will not be able to make your request using this ticket. For Verification of Pay letters to be sent to an alternate address, please access your myPay account or contact the DFAS Cleveland Customer Care Center by phone for further assistance.

You will be notified about the status of your request after we review your ticket. Please monitor your email for updates on the status of your ticket.
